The apartment was spacious and suitable for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, markets, and public transportation. Another advantage was the presence of a terrace where we could relax and spend time with family or friends. the apartment provided a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the facilities were not as described, with limited access to the terrace and airer for clothes.

The apartment at Ava Flats was awesome! I absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The seating area was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. And can we talk about the flat-screen TV? It was like having a mini movie theater in my room! Not to mention, the private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer made me feel right at home. I had a fantastic stay.
The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the flat-screen TV. I know, some people might think I'm crazy, but I prefer a good old-fashioned TV.

I recently stayed at Ava Flats for a week-long vacation with my partner. The property was impeccably clean, giving us a refreshing arrival experience. The apartment had all the necessary equipment and basic supplies, making our stay comfortable. Noelia, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive to our queries. The location was superb, with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. The modern interior, coffee machine, chocolates, and smart TVs added a special touch to our stay. The terrace, although not always sunny, was a cozy space to relax. a homely and enjoyable stay in a quiet and safe area.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, quiet area. Safe neighborhood. standard. Lovely open kitchen and bedroom. Terrace with lounge chairs. Convenient elevator. Close to a park for families. Smart TV for entertainment.

I got great value for my money at Ava Flats. The room was clean and modern, exactly as advertised. The location was convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff, especially Noelia, was friendly and responsive to any queries.
The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
